All orders are processed and shipped by MRMRSJAMESON. Many of our items are made-to-order or pressed live, so processing times may vary.

PROCESSING TIMES  
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.  
During high demand, live sales, or drops, processing may take slightly longer.

We don’t mass-produce — every piece is handled with intention.

SHIPPING TIMES  
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days  
- Delays: Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control

SHIPPING RATES  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

ORDER TRACKING  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES  
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is no longer in our control.  
However, if your order is delayed or lost, reach out — we’ll help you figure it out.

INCORRECT ADDRESS  
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:  
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS  
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll make it right — no hassle.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (if you decide to offer it later)  
We may offer international shipping. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country.  
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

MULTIPLE ORDERS  
Orders may ship separately depending on inventory and production timing.

We press, pack, and ship everything ourselves.  
It’s not Amazon — it’s real.  

That means it might take a little longer…
